Welnova is a calm wellness companion for iPhone — mood, nutrition, hydration, cycle, journaling, breathing, and meditation, at your pace. Your cycle entries and your Apple Health data never leave your phone.
Coming soon to the App Store
We're building it carefully. There's nothing to download yet — when Welnova is ready, it'll be here.
Welnova helps you feel a little better — body and mind.
Built to hold less about you.
On your phone, and nowhere else. Your menstrual cycle and symptom entries, and every Apple Health metric Welnova reads — steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, exercise — stay on your device. They're never sent to our servers. We can't see them or share them, because we never receive them.
Your scores are computed on your device. Recovery, Sleep Consistency, and Wellness are built on your phone from your own Health data — never uploaded.
This site sets no cookies. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party requests. Reading this page tells us nothing about you.
Your account, mood check-ins, food and water logs, journal, and sessions sync over encrypted connections so they're there across your devices. Everything that can stay on your phone, does.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
A few calm ways to check in.
Morning — "A new day, at your pace."
Check in with how you're feeling — capture your mood, energy, and what's behind it in a few taps.
Midday — a calm picture of what you eat.
Log meals and see the macros. Or snap a photo of your meal and get an AI-estimated nutrition breakdown — on a feature you switch on yourself. Keep an easy eye on hydration through the day.
Afternoon — take a moment.
A guided breath or a short meditation. Mix ambient sounds to focus or wind down, with playback controls right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Evening — "Rest is close."
Write freely in a private journal that syncs across your devices. One honest line is enough.
Your cycle, on your phone.
Track your cycle privately — your cycle data stays on your device and never reaches our servers. Based on your logged cycles, Welnova estimates your next period, with a confidence level.
An estimate for awareness only — not medical advice, and not a form of birth control.
Your trends, on your device.
With your permission, Welnova reads Apple Health on your phone to build Recovery, Sleep Consistency, and Wellness scores — computed on your device, never uploaded. They describe your own trends. They're not a diagnosis or a measurement of your health.
However you use it, Welnova keeps a gentle streak. Steady is its own kind of good.
Three switches, each off until you turn it on.
The app works fully without any of them, and you can change your mind any time in Settings › Data & Privacy.
Health data processing — lets Welnova use your on-device Apple Health metrics to build your scores.
AI wellness insights — lets Welnova turn your own logs into gentle, on-device pattern insights.
AI meal photo analysis — lets Welnova send a meal photo you choose to OpenAI to estimate its nutrition.
What's here, and what's next.
Insights.
Welnova notices gentle patterns in your own data — like how your recovery tends to trend on nights you sleep less — computed entirely on your device, once you've logged enough days.
Insights describe your own trends. They're never a diagnosis or medical advice.
Welnova Premium.
Welnova will be free to use, with an optional Welnova Premium subscription — monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime option. Prices will be shown in the app and may vary by region.
A note on what this is — and isn't.
Welnova is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Its scores and estimates describe patterns in the data you log — they're observations, not diagnoses or measurements of your health. For anything about your health, talk to a qualified professional.
We're not on the App Store yet.
Welnova is still in development. There are no ratings or reviews to show you, because there are no users yet — we'd rather show you what Welnova really is than promise a rating it hasn't earned. No sign-ups to chase you, no newsletter — just the app, when it's good.
